ABOUT THE COFFEE

Lemonberry Pop brings together three high-elevation coffees from three continents. El Nevado, from 593 smallholders around Pitalito, Huila, gives the blend its bright, lemonade-like backbone. Layo Teraga, grown at over 2,300 meters by the cooperative behind our 2026 Good Food Award winner, adds citrus lift and delicate floral notes. Finca Amalieth, a natural-process lot from Rosa Aura Monestel and her family in Cartago, adds juicy raspberry sweetness. The result is a bright, fruity cup made for sunny mornings.
