We just opened our very first tasting room (!!) and it’s a bit of a dream come true. A first-of-its-kind space in NYC, built for slowing down, sipping intentionally, and connecting over really good coffee.

We’re talking pour-over flights, guided tastings, espresso drinks—and lots of conversation. It’s our way of sharing everything we love about coffee, while making space for community, curiosity, and cozy hangouts.

This space is for the coffee-curious—the folks who want to sip something delicious and learn a little more about what’s in their cup. Pull up a seat, order a pour over or a flight, and chat with whoever’s behind the bar (right now, it’s us—Driftaway founders Anu and Suyog!).

We’ll brew your coffee right in front of you, tell you where it’s from, who grew it, and why we’re so excited about it. Ask questions, nerd out, or just enjoy the vibes. No gatekeeping, no snobbery—just good coffee, good conversation, and a chance to slow down.

We have 6 seats at the pour over bar, where you can chat with us, try a guided flight, or enjoy a single pour over. The bar features all light roasts, often with fruity, floral, and complex flavors—see a sample menu here. Walk-ins are welcome, but seats are first come, first serve—so we recommend booking if you’d like to sit at the bar!
