In Nicaragua, the Bourbon and Pacamara varietals hold a special place for producing the country's most celebrated cups. Bourbon, the heirloom foundation, is prized for its reliable, classic sweetness and complex, balanced profile, often revealing notes of chocolate and red fruit. Pacamara, a bold Salvadoran hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe, is known for its enormous bean size and equally expansive cup profile that delivers intense floral aromas, vibrant citrus, and tropical fruit.
