A vibrant and complex blend featuring components from Ethiopia Layo Teraga, Edinson Argote’s Thermal Shock Sidra, and Diego Bermudez’s Cardamom Cloud. This cup bursts with three distinct yet perfectly complementary flavors in every sip—bringing out the best of each coffee in a beautifully balanced way.
What makes this coffee stand out
Created as Driftaway’s blend submission for the 2026 Roaster of the Year award, Peach Cobbler became the centerpiece of our winning box—scoring 90 and 91 points in evaluation. It may well be the greatest blend we’ve ever crafted.
Each component plays a vital role: the Layo Teraga brings a bright strong structure; Edinson's Sidra adds layered fruity complexity and sweetness; and Diego Bermudez’s Cardamom Cloud contributes spice depth and finish. Together, they create a cup that’s many greater than the sum of its parts—a composition so intricate, it’s almost unimaginable in a single coffee.
