I feel cheated.

I bought the gift set for my friend and I was expecting a gift box with the coffee in it. The description said something else and someone just put packs of coffee in a cardboard box and sent that to me. I spent over a 100$ for a scam.

I’m so sorry the packaging didn’t meet your expectations—especially since this was meant as a gift. While this particular set doesn’t come in a decorative gift box (and we try to show that clearly in the photos and description), we absolutely want every order to feel thoughtful and special. It’s clear we missed the mark here.

We truly appreciate your feedback and will be updating the product listing to better reflect the packaging. We’re also working on improving the presentation moving forward so that it feels more gift-worthy, even without a separate gift box.

Was fun to do with my partner and the interface was flexible, which was helpful. Tasted via cupping on the zoom recording and then went through each coffee again as a full cup in the morning to confirm choices. Now I am more sure that I like a particular style for the everyday cup, and what I like about the occasional surprise.
